Now that you know how Mountain Harmony was started, we will give a brief summary of how things have changed. After we sang at Bargain Foods we started getting invited to revivals, homecomings, camp meetings, fall festivals, and numerous other places. Daniel and Judy stopped singing and playing with us in early 2004 and Mike Wilson began playing the Bass. We made a demo CD in the summer of 2004 with six songs on it. This CD was recorded at our church but the quality turned out pretty good. It was not a studio quality album by any means, but it got us a good bit of radio play. It also helped us in purchasing some good sound equipment. Christmas 2004 we had a singing at our church and recorded that live album. We sang a lot of traditional Christmas songs, and we also had some of our good friends sing with us. In January 2005 our group changed again. Shawn, MaryRose, and Mike left and then Deidra Tipton joined the group. Over the course of 2005 we kept singing but we had a lot of changes in 2005. Derrick Ledwell along with B.J. Edwards played with us some that year. Tiffany learned the bass, and Jonathan picked back up the banjo. Throughout 2005 into 2006 we worked through some challenging times with the group, but by the Lords grace we've kept on singing. Now we are ready in early 2007 to release our first album.
