Testimony: I have been raised in church my whole life, and had made many professions of salvation before. But it wasn't until Sunday night August, 21 2005 at our church, I got saved. Preacher Mike Stein preached a message entitled "Are you Saved?" simple as that. I sat there the whole time under strong conviction, but I kept telling myself "Your saved, you've been teaching Sunday school, sing in a gospel group, sing specials at church, and so on." I could still sense the strong convicting hand of the Lord. Well invitation time came and I kept standing there gripping to the back of the pew shaking so hard. Finally after several minutes I gave in to the Holy Spirit, and walked down the aisle. I stayed at the alter a while because I just had to make sure that I was saved. I was still trying to convince myself I was. Thankfully that night I nailed it down, and asked Jesus Christ to come into my heart. Ever since that day my life has changed. I'm defiantly not perfect, and I fail the Lord everyday. His grace is always there, and He is always so forgiving!
